Teachers as Master Learners
Web 2.0 Tools for Teaching
Web 2.0 tools are FREE, easy to use, engaging, and did I mention FREE? Let's collaborate and share the Web 2.0 tools we are using in our classrooms. 1. What are you using? 2. How are you using it? 3. Please post an example. Thanks for joining me in sharing these valuable resources.

Poll Everywhere
Love using this FREE resource in my classroom. Students are shocked when I allow them to use their cellphones to TEXT in survey responses. Since I teach health class, one of the survey questions I posted was "Have you ever been to a party where alcohol was being consumed by minors?" Naturally, students probably would not admit if they had...but by texting in a YES or NO response it allows for confidentiality. Students love observing the results of each poll!
Just like the hit TV show AMERICAN IDOL, student text in their votes! Check it out!!
